How to attend
If you would like to book onto a surgery with Steve Turner fill out a form with your name, contact information and what you aim to discuss during your meeting. If you are successful we will contact you with a timeslot and location for your appointment with the PCC.
*Please note we receive a lot of applications and cannot book everyone onto the surgeries, these work on a first come first serve basis and cannot guarantee a slot for everyone. We also ask that if you cannot make your appointment please give 48 hour notice where possible so we may offer your booking to another Cleveland resident.
