Part of the role of the Police and Crime Commissioner is to make and publish any decision of significant public interest regarding policing, crime and community safety in Cleveland.

Executive Summary:

This report sets out the progress against delivery of the 2012/13 Capital Budget as inherited by the PCC and is part of the process to maintain prudent financial management.
