Executive Summary:
At the Audit Committee held on the 21st March 2013, a paper and revised Contract Standing Orders were presented for Members of that Committee to recommend (or not) to the PCC to accept proposed changes to the Contract Standing Orders of the PCC.
These changes were in relation to the use of pre-qualified lists and also the process for dealing with contract changes. Full details of the proposed changes can be found in the Audit Committee Paper.
