Under the FOIA I would like to know:
1. How long has former ACC of Northumbria Helen McMillan been employed at Cleveland Police.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (The Act). I can confirm that the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland does not hold this information.
Section 16 of the Act requires that I provide you with advice and assistance to find the information that you seek. As your request relates to the employment records of a Cleveland Police Officer, this information can be requested from Cleveland Police and further information is available on the website.
Alternatively, if you are happy to provide your consent I am able to forward your request onto the Cleveland Police Freedom of Information Department with a request that they provide response.
