The Force holds an Organisational Learning Board which also has OPCC representation. The aim of the Board is as follows
- Develop a process and guidance for Organisational Learning
- Develop a repository for Organisational Learning using the best technology available
- Ensure Organisational Learning becomes a regular agenda item of all force wide and departmental meetings
- Ensure integration with other force processes to prevent gaps or overlap
The OPCC will identify themes and trends from complaints received by the PCC’s Resolution team, which will be fed into the Board as well as used to support the PCCs scrutiny programme.
