Police & Crime Commissioners (PCCs) have a duty to publish documents and information as set out in the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011 and the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) (Amendment) Order 2012.

- A reference number
- Date received
- Member of staff/team
- Further details on the offer of gifts and/or hospitality
- Whether the offer was accepted or declined.
