Lisa took up the post of Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer for Cleveland in May 2021.

Chief Finance Officer and Deputy Chief Executive

(FTE Salary £96,519, 37 hour week)*

(Also Chief Finance Officer for the Office of the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner (PFCC) for North Yorkshire)

Michael became Chief Finance Officer for the Office of the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire on 14 July 2015. This was part of a collaboration agreement.

To reflect the extra responsibility, he is paid an honorarium of £10,633 per annum. This is not included in his FTE salary.

From 4 December 2018, Michael became Chief Finance Officer/Treasurer for North Yorkshire Fire Authority. As a result, he works a standard 45 hour week to meet his additional responsibilities.

Michael spends 22.5 hours per week working for Cleveland PCC. In addition, he spends 22.5 hours working for North Yorkshire. While in North Yorkshire, he spends eight hours per week on Fire Authority business.

Neither additional payment is part of the core salary for this role. Therefore, it is not included in the above FTE salary.

Payments are only made while the collaboration agreement is in place and the work is being undertaken, and paid for, by North Yorks PFCC.
